Request your return by contacting us via the Return Center
- Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order.
- All return items must be in their new, original condition and packaging.
- Commercial orders and clearance products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their volume and nature.
If you opt for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. For blinds less than 94” width, shipping costs are typically $15 per blind.
If the item you received is damaged
If the product was purchased from a third party retailer, such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, etc, this retailer must be contacted for a replacement or refund.
If the product was purchased directly from chicology.com, please fill out this form and a representative will reach out via email.
Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
