The first thing to do is to make contact with the retailer that the item was purchased from. As the order was placed through that retailer, their specific return policies apply and they reserve the first right to assist you.
They will be able to assist you in making a replacement request, or they will be able to refund you and have you reorder the product. If there is an issue with warranty you can contact us directly and we are more than happy to help you with the issue.
